This section will explain how to create your account and place an order over the internet. At Frankie’s Place for Ribs, we understand the needs of our customers and we have tried to make it as convenient as possible to place an order online. Some people ask us, “Why place an order over the internet?” Our response is always the same, “We’re in a service based industry and our services need to be on the internet.”

Question: How do I create my account?

Answer: When viewing our online menu, if you click on “Login” at the top of the menu, you will see two links directly below the user name and password form. One of these links will say “Forgot your Password?” and the other link will say “Click here to create an account.” After clicking on this link, fill out and submit the form to create you’re user name and password. Please remember to provide a *valid phone number.

Question: How do I place an order online?

Answer: Just like many other online shopping cart systems, you are able to place your order by selecting the items you desire and then adding them to your checkout screen. When you find the item that you would like to order, just choose your sides/sauces, add any special instructions, and then click “Order.” Once you have clicked order, the menu items will be saved on your order screen. To continue browsing the menu, simply use your back button or click on the “Main Menu” link at the top of the screen. When you have decided exactly what you want, click on the “Checkout” button located at the bottom of your online order screen.

Question: How do I know that the order has been confirmed?

Answer: When you finalize your order, it will be sent to our fax machine and someone will call to confirm that you are on your way to “take it out,” “dine in,” or have it “delivered.” You can also specify these options when submitting your online order by checking the appropriate buttons.

Question: Do I have to use my credit card over the internet?

Answer: Absolutely not! You can pay when you come in to get your food or when it’s delivered to your location.

Question: Why should I order online?

Answer: It’s a snap! If you’re at work, you can jump on our website, place an order, and have it prepared for a specific time and date. We also send you monthly emails about our latest specials, coupons, and other fun Frankie’s Family news. Please note, if you should choose not to receive our monthly specials, just unselect the checkbox when establishing your account information.
